Coming from downtown Fayetteville (where SR 85 and SR 54 intersect), go west on 54 for 4 traffic lights. Turn right onto Gingercake and make an immediate right onto Devant Street. Turn left into the office complex and make a left. My building is the second building in the left row. When you come into Suite 901, go downstairs. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and in front of you is the waiting room.
If you cannot manage stairs, then park in the middle row of the complex, in front of the 600 building and walk on the walkway beside the building. Turn left at the T-bar and look for the office sign of “901” that is very small on the back door. Come on in the back door and go down the hall – the waiting room will be the open room to your right.
